Instructions:
1. Loosen the lug nuts on the front wheels but do not remove.
2. Raise the front of the vehicle using a jack and then support it on jack stands. Make sure the vehicle is in park and the parking brake is engaged.
3. Remove the lug nuts and take off the wheels.
4. Using a screwdriver pry off the dust cap on the center of the rotor.
5. Remove the cotter pin from the castle nut.
6. Use the breaker bar and a 19mm socket to break loose the castle nut.
7. Remove the nut using a socket wrench.
8. Gently pry off the brake pads using the screwdriver and wire brush to clean the surface of the rotor and brake pads.
9. Place the new brake rotor onto the hub.
10. Place the washer and then reinstall the castle nut. Tighten the nut until the cotter pin hole is aligned.
11. Insert the cotter pin into the hole in the castle nut to secure it in place.
12. Place the wheel back onto the hub and put the lug nuts on.
13. Lower the vehicle using the jack.
14. Use a lug wrench to tighten the lug nuts.
15. Test brakes to make sure the brakes are working properly.
