Where do you go to fix your rear view mirror which was broken not fallen off the windshield?

A mechanic can not fix a broken mirror. The part needs to be replaced. However, this is generally considered to be a do it yourself project. The broken mirror can be replaced by removing the interior windshield trim near the mirror and then removing the old one and replacing it with a new one. The trim needs to be replaced and snapped into place on the windschield so that the mirror doesn't appear to have been replaced if possible.
