1. Make sure the car is unlocked and all the doors are closed.
2. Insert the key fob into the ignition and turn it to the "ON" position.
3. Leave the key in the ignition for 10 seconds.
4. Turn the key to the "OFF" position and remove it from the ignition.
5. Press and hold the "LOCK" button on the key fob for 5 seconds.
6. Press and hold the "UNLOCK" button on the key fob for 5 seconds.
7. Press the "LOCK" and "UNLOCK" buttons simultaneously and hold them for 5 seconds.
The key fob should now be reset and should function properly.
