How do you repair a aftermarket suspension airbag leak?

To repair a leak in an aftermarket suspension airbag, you will need the following tools and materials:

* Safety glasses

* Gloves

* A jack and jack stands

* A pry bar

* A 5/16-inch wrench

* A 3/8-inch wrench

* A 7/16-inch wrench

* A 1/2-inch wrench

* A replacement airbag

* A sealant

1. Park your vehicle on a level surface and engage the parking brake.

2. Jack up the vehicle and support it on jack stands.

3. Locate the leaking airbag. It will be a round, rubber bladder located between the frame and the axle.

4. Use the pry bar to pry the airbag loose from the frame.

5. Use the 5/16-inch wrench to remove the nuts that hold the airbag to the axle.

6. Remove the old airbag from the vehicle.

7. Inspect the airbag for damage. If the airbag is torn or has any other damage, it will need to be replaced.

8. If the airbag is not damaged, you can repair the leak by applying sealant to the leak area.

9. Allow the sealant to dry according to the manufacturer's instructions.

10. Reinstall the airbag by reversing the steps that you took to remove it.

11. Lower the vehicle from the jack stands.

12. Test the suspension to make sure that the leak has been repaired.

If the leak has not been repaired, you may need to replace the airbag.
