1) Turn the ignition key to the "On" position without starting the engine.
2) Press and hold the "Power" button on the radio for at least 5 seconds until the display resets.
3) Once the display resets, release the "Power" button.
4) The radio will then power on and begin searching for available stations.
If the radio does not reset after following these steps, you may need to disconnect and reconnect the battery to hard reset the radio. To do this, follow these additional steps:
1) Open the hood of your Saab 900 turbo.
2) Locate the battery in the engine bay.
3) Disconnect the negative (black) battery terminal using a wrench or pliers.
4) Wait at least 30 seconds.
5) Reconnect the negative (black) battery terminal.
6) Close the hood of your Saab 900 turbo.
Once you have reconnected the battery, try resetting the radio again by following the steps outlined above. The radio should now reset and begin functioning normally.
