1. Try reprogramming your key. To do this, put your key in the ignition and turn it to the "On" position, but do not start the engine. After 10 seconds, turn the key to the "Off" position and remove it. Wait 30 seconds and then try inserting the key again and starting the engine.
2. Use the Master Key. Some Renault Scenics have a master key that can be used to override the immobilizer. If you have a master key, insert it into the ignition and turn it to the "On" position. This should disarm the immobilizer and allow you to start the engine.
3. Check your Battery. If your battery is weak, it may not be able to provide enough power to the immobilizer. Try jump-starting your car and see if that fixes the problem.
4. Check the Immobilizer Antenna. The immobilizer antenna is located around the ignition switch. If it becomes damaged, the immobilizer may not be able to communicate with the key and will not allow you to start the car.
5. Scan the vehicle's computer for trouble codes. If you are still unable to start your Renault Scenic, it is possible that there is a problem with the immobilizer system. You can have the vehicle's computer scanned for trouble codes to see if any immobilizer-related codes are present.
