Tools:
- Flat-head screwdriver
- Phillips-head screwdriver
- Torx screwdriver
- Replacement headlight bulb
Instructions:
Step 1: Park your Peugeot Expert in a safe location and turn off the engine.
Step 2: Open the hood of your Peugeot Expert.
Step 3: Locate the headlight assembly that you need to replace the bulb in. The headlight assemblies are located on either side of the front of the vehicle.
Step 4: Remove the plastic cover from the back of the headlight assembly by prying it off with a flat-head screwdriver.
Step 5: Remove the retaining screws from the back of the headlight assembly using a Phillips-head screwdriver.
Step 6: Disconnect the electrical connector from the back of the headlight assembly by pressing on the release tab and pulling the connector straight out.
Step 7: Remove the old headlight bulb from the headlight assembly by twisting it counterclockwise and pulling it out.
Step 8: Insert the new headlight bulb into the headlight assembly by twisting it clockwise until it is secure.
Step 9: Connect the electrical connector to the back of the headlight assembly by pushing it in until it clicks into place.
Step 10: Replace the retaining screws to the back of the headlight assembly.
Step 11: Replace the plastic cover to the back of the headlight assembly by snapping it into place.
Step 12: Repeat steps 4-11 for the other headlight assembly if needed.
Step 13: Close the hood of your Peugeot Expert.
Step 14: Start your Peugeot Expert and test the new headlight bulbs.
