How do you change Peugeot 307 spare wheel?

Here's how to change the spare wheel on a Peugeot 307:

1. Park your Peugeot 307 in a safe, off-road area.

Apply parking brake and place wheel wedges around the wheels that will remain on the ground.

2. Locate the spare wheel.

On most Peugeot 307 models, the spare wheel is stored under the rear floor of the trunk.

3. Remove the spare wheel.

To remove the spare wheel, you'll often find a hook or lever nearby that will release the spare.

Slide the spare wheel to remove it fully.

4. Remove the flat tire.

Use the jack that comes with your Peugeot 307 to raise the vehicle until you can access the flat tire.

Unscrew the flat tire's lug nuts using a lug wrench, working in a star pattern of loosening and then fully tightening each bolt by a few turns until fully loose.

5. Place the spare wheel on the vehicle.

Place the spare wheel on the lug nuts by hand and then hand-tighten the lug nuts.

You may need a lug wrench to fully tighten them, working again in a star pattern until tight.

6. Lower the vehicle and remove the jack.

Carefully lower the vehicle and remove the jack as well as the wheel wedges around the wheels.

Secure the spare wheel in the trunk by putting the hook or lever back in place to hold the wheel.
