1. Gather the necessary tools. You will need a Phillips screwdriver, a flathead screwdriver, and a pry tool.
2. Locate the rear speaker grills. They are located on the rear deck of the vehicle, behind the rear seats.
3. Remove the speaker grills by carefully prying them up with the flathead screwdriver.
4. Locate the four screws that hold the speaker in place. They are located around the perimeter of the speaker.
5. Use the Phillips screwdriver to remove the four screws.
6. Carefully lift the speaker out of the vehicle.
7. Disconnect the speaker wires by pressing the release tabs on the connectors and pulling the wires apart.
8. Install the new speakers by reversing the steps above.
