1. Park your vehicle in a safe location and turn off the engine.
2. Open the rear hatch of your vehicle.
3. Locate the upper brake light assembly. It is located at the top of the rear window, in the center.
4. Remove the two screws that hold the brake light assembly in place.
5. Carefully pull the brake light assembly out of the vehicle.
6. Disconnect the electrical connector from the back of the brake light assembly.
7. Remove the old bulb from the socket by turning it counterclockwise.
8. Insert the new bulb into the socket by turning it clockwise.
9. Reconnect the electrical connector to the back of the brake light assembly.
10. Reinstall the brake light assembly into the vehicle and secure it with the two screws.
11. Close the rear hatch of your vehicle and test the brake lights to ensure that they are working properly.
