After i calibrate my fmc 5800 wheel balancer. it comes up RPG lo wont run why help?

Here are several reasons why the FMC 5800 wheel balancer's RPG (Revolution Per Gallon) might be low:

Dirty or worn sensors: The wheel balancer uses sensors to measure the wheel's speed during calibration. If these sensors are dirty or worn, they may not be able to accurately detect the wheel's rotation, which can result in an incorrect calibration.

Incorrect calibration procedure: The calibration procedure for the FMC 5800 wheel balancer must be followed precisely to ensure accurate results. If the calibration procedure was not followed correctly, it could result in an incorrect RPG value.

Mechanical problems: There may be mechanical problems with the wheel balancer itself, such as a faulty motor or drive system, which can affect the accuracy of the RPG measurement.

To troubleshoot the issue, try the following steps:

Clean the sensors: Clean the sensors on the wheel balancer with a soft cloth and some mild detergent. Make sure to dry the sensors thoroughly before reattaching them to the wheel balancer.

Re-calibrate the wheel balancer: Follow the calibration procedure for the FMC 5800 wheel balancer carefully to ensure that the calibration is accurate.

Check for mechanical problems: Inspect the wheel balancer for any visible mechanical problems, such as loose wires, damaged parts, or excessive wear and tear.

Contact customer support: If the problem persists, contact the FMC customer support team for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or schedule a service visit to resolve the issue.
