How do you drop the back seat for Thu trunk access Chrysler sebring convertible?

The Chrysler Sebring convertible doesn't have a back seat that folds down to access the trunk. The trunk is accessed only through the rear hatch. There's no pass-through or fold-down seats like you'd find in a hatchback or some sedans.
