(a) carry on business as a motor dealer or chattel auctioneer unless the person holds a motor dealer’s licence or chattel auctioneer’s licence; or
(b) act as a motor dealer or chattel auctioneer unless the person is an authorised representative of a licence holder.
Therefore, you cannot sell any cars without a car dealer license in Queensland.
