What does the word Audi mean?
Audi is the Latin word for "listen". It is the name of the German car manufacturer Audi AG. The company was founded in 1910 as August Horch Automobilwerke GmbH, and it adopted the name Audi in 1932. The four rings in the Audi logo represent the four companies that merged to form Auto Union in 1932: Audi, DKW, Horch, and Wanderer.
