Mercedes- Benz never made a CLK350 with a manual transmission. The C209 CLK models were introduced for the 2003 model year and were produced through 2010, the CLK350 was introduced in 2006. All automatic transmission CLK350 models used the 722.6 (7-Speed Automatic with Manual Shift Mode).
