How do you get the carburetors off a Suzuki GS700?

1. Remove the air filter housing.

- Loosen the hose clamp that connects the air filter housing to the carburetor.

- Remove the air filter housing.

2. Remove the fuel line.

- Loosen the hose clamp that connects the fuel line to the carburetor.

- Pull the fuel line off of the carburetor.

- Cap the fuel line to prevent fuel from spilling.

3. Remove the throttle cable.

- Loosen the locknut that secures the throttle cable to the carburetor.

- Remove the throttle cable from the carburetor.

4. Remove the choke cable.

- Loosen the locknut that secures the choke cable to the carburetor.

- Remove the choke cable from the carburetor.

5. Remove the carburetor mounting bolts.

- Locate the four carburetor mounting bolts that secure the carburetors to the engine.

- Remove the carburetor mounting bolts.

6. Lift the carburetors off of the engine.

- Lift the carburetors carefully off of the engine.

- Be careful not to spill any fuel.
