A 2005 Chrysler 300 requires
Dex-Cool® (or a compatible coolant). This is a type of HOAT (Hybrid Organic Acid Technology) coolant. Do
not mix Dex-Cool with traditional green coolant (IAT - Inorganic Acid Technology). Using the wrong type can lead to serious engine damage.
Always check your owner's manual for the specific recommendations from Chrysler for your vehicle. The manual will specify the correct type of coolant and the proper mixing ratio with distilled water.
