While the Plymouth Reliant K-Car was available with a 2.2L engine, a factory-installed 5-speed manual transmission was
not a standard or common option. The vast majority of Reliant K-Cars with the 2.2L engine came with either a 3-speed automatic or a less common 4-speed automatic transmission.
Finding a 1988 Reliant K-Car with a 2.2L and a 5-speed manual would be extremely unusual. It's highly likely that any such vehicle would have had the transmission swapped in later, either by a previous owner or a mechanic.
