Where is the 2 coil on a 2002 ford F150 5.4L?

The 2002 Ford F-150 5.4L Triton engine doesn't have coils numbered 1 through 8 like some ignition systems. Instead, it uses individual coil-on-plug (COP) ignition. Each spark plug has its own ignition coil directly mounted on top of it. Therefore, there's no "coil 2". To find the coil for a specific cylinder, you'll need to locate the spark plug for that cylinder and the coil will be directly above it. A repair manual or online diagram will show the cylinder locations.
