While some parts *might* be similar, you're generally looking at the same year and body style (1994 C/K series 1500) for direct interchangeability of doors. Even then, there might be minor differences depending on trim level (differences in window regulators, power locks, etc.). Subtle variations exist between regular cab, extended cab, and crew cab versions.
Trying to use doors from other years or other GM truck lines (like a Silverado or GMC Sierra) will require significant modifications, if at all possible. The body dimensions simply won't match up. The effort and expense are almost certainly not worthwhile.
In short: Stick to a 1994 Chevy C1500 of the same cab configuration for door interchangeability. Check parts numbers to be absolutely certain.
