Where is c4 corvette fuel tank drain plug?

The C4 Corvette (1984-1996) does not have a fuel tank drain plug in the traditional sense like some other vehicles. There's no easily accessible plug to drain the fuel tank. To remove fuel, you would need to either siphon it out or disconnect the fuel lines (requiring significant mechanical knowledge and safety precautions).
