Things that *might* give you a *very* small increase (less than an inch, probably not noticeable):
* Maximum inflation of tires: Make sure your tires are inflated to the maximum pressure listed on the tire sidewall. This will slightly increase the ride height, but it won't be substantial and over-inflation can damage your tires and affect handling.
* Remove weight: Reducing the weight in your truck will slightly reduce the suspension's compression, resulting in a tiny increase in ride height. This is negligible unless you're carrying a very heavy load.
Anything beyond these minor, insignificant adjustments requires modifying the suspension itself, which necessitates a lift kit. Attempting anything else risks damaging your truck, compromising its handling and safety, and potentially leading to failure of suspension components.
