Where is the fuel filter on a 1985 Corvette?

On a 1985 Chevrolet Corvette, the fuel filter is located within the fuel tank. It's not a replaceable, separate filter like on many other cars. The entire fuel pump assembly, which includes the filter, must be removed to replace the filter element.
