There aren't replaceable bulbs in the steering wheel controls of a 2005 Chevy Silverado 1500. The illumination is provided by LEDs integrated into the circuit board of the control module itself. If the lights are out, the entire steering wheel control module needs to be replaced. You can't simply swap out a bulb.
