1. Gather the necessary tools.
* Phillips head screwdriver
* A bulb of the correct type (194 type)
* A pair of tweezers or pliers
* A flashlight
2. Remove the Instrument Panel.
* Turn the key to the "off" position.
* Remove the two Phillips head screws that hold the instrument panel in place. They are located at the top and bottom of the panel.
* Pull the instrument panel out and rest it on the steering wheel.
3. Remove the Odometer Bulb.
* Locate the odometer bulb. It is a small, round bulb that is located behind the odometer.
* Use the tweezers or pliers to remove the bulb.
* Be careful not to drop the bulb.
4. Install the New Bulb.
* Insert the new bulb into the socket.
* Be sure to push the bulb all the way in.
5. Reinstall the Instrument Panel.
* Place the instrument panel back into position and secure it with the two screws you removed earlier.
* Turn the key to the "on" position to test the new bulb.
6. Test the Light.
* Turn the key in the ignition to the "ON" position.
* The odometer light should now be working.
