The blend door on a 1996 Lincoln Town Car is located
inside the dashboard, within the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) housing. It's not something you can easily access or see without removing significant parts of the dashboard.
You won't find it readily visible. Repairing a faulty blend door typically requires a significant amount of disassembly. It's a complex job best left to experienced mechanics unless you have extensive automotive repair experience.
