The oil drain plug on a 2006 Chevy Cobalt LS is located on the
bottom of the oil pan, which is underneath the engine. You'll need to get under the car to access it. It's usually a
15mm bolt, but it's always best to double-check with a wrench before you start to be sure of the size. Look for a bolt near the center of the oil pan; it will likely be slightly recessed.
