Where is the subwoofer amplifier in a 2003 Jeep Rubicon?

The 2003 Jeep Rubicon doesn't have a factory-installed subwoofer or its amplifier. The standard audio system was fairly basic. Any subwoofer and amp you find would be aftermarket additions.
