Where is the egr valve located on 1997 dodge ram pickup?

1. Open the hood of your 1997 Dodge Ram pickup.

2. Locate the throttle body. It is a round, silver-colored component located on the front of the engine.

3. Follow the throttle linkage from the throttle body down to the EGR valve. The EGR valve is a small, black component with two vacuum lines connected to it.
