* A Phillips head screwdriver
* A flat head screwdriver
* A pair of pliers
* A wire cutter/stripper
* Electrical tape
Step 1: Remove the old climate control unit.
1. Turn off the engine and allow the car to cool down.
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
3. Remove the two Phillips head screws that hold the climate control unit in place.
4. Pull the climate control unit out of the dash.
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the back of the climate control unit.
Step 2: Prepare the new climate control unit.
6. Remove the mounting brackets from the old climate control unit and transfer them to the new one.
7. Connect the electrical connectors to the back of the new climate control unit.
Step 3: Install the new climate control unit.
8. Slide the new climate control unit into the dash.
9. Secure the unit with the two Phillips head screws.
10. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
Step 4: Test the climate control unit.
11. Turn on the engine and verify that the climate control unit is working properly.
Step 5: Reinstall the dash panel.
12. Reinstall the dash panel in the reverse order that you removed it.
Step 6: Enjoy your new climate control unit!
