1. Open the hood of your car.
2. Locate the engine cover, which is usually a plastic or metal cover that covers the top of the engine.
3. Remove the engine cover by unlatching the clips or screws that hold it in place.
4. Once the engine cover is removed, you will see the cylinder head, which is the top part of the engine where the spark plugs are located.
5. The spark plugs are located in the center of each cylinder head.
6. To remove a spark plug, use a spark plug wrench to loosen and remove the spark plug from the cylinder head.
7. Be careful not to drop the spark plug into the cylinder head, as this can cause damage to the engine.
8. Replace the old spark plugs with new ones, and then reattach the engine cover.
