How do you change spark plugs on 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe V6 3.3 engine?

Tools Needed:

- Spark plug socket

- 3/8-inch drive ratchet

- 6-inch extension bar

- Spark plug gap tool

Instructions:

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent electrical shock.

2. Remove the engine cover.

3. Locate the spark plugs. They are located on the top of the engine, one for each cylinder.

4. Use the spark plug socket and extension bar to remove the old spark plugs. Be careful not to drop the spark plugs into the engine.

5. Check the gap of the new spark plugs. The gap should be set to 0.044 inches (1.12 mm). Use the spark plug gap tool to adjust the gap if necessary.

6. Install the new spark plugs by hand until they are snug.

7. Use the ratchet and extension bar to tighten the spark plugs. Do not over-tighten the spark plugs, as this can damage the threads.

8. Reinstall the engine cover.

9. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
