1. Locate the oil filter housing. It is on the passenger side of the engine, near the top.
2. Remove the oil filter cap by turning it counterclockwise.
3. Remove the old oil filter.
4. Apply a thin coat of new oil to the gasket of the new oil filter.
5. Screw the new oil filter into the housing until it is snug.
6. Replace the oil filter cap and tighten it until it is snug.
