Why a submerged cars automatically down the power window?

This is not generally true that submerged cars automatically lower their power windows. While modern vehicles tend to feature advanced electrical systems designed to shut off non-essential functions in the event of certain emergencies, this does not explicitly include lowering power windows when cars are submerged.
