Where is the flasher for turn signals located on a 2001 Nissan Altima GXE?

The flasher for turn signals on a 2001 Nissan Altima GXE is located behind the left kick panel, near the fuse box. To access the flasher, you will need to remove the kick panel by pulling it off gently. Once the kick panel is removed, you will see the flasher mounted on the bracket.
