Keeping in line with the familiar Audi look the E-tron was designed to sit between the Q5 and the Q7 models. However, it’s distinguished with unique touches and the fact its 100% electric. Some of the new features include the optional next level aero-dynamic side view mirrors replacing regular style with cameras feeding into interior screens. The inside of the vehicle is ultra modern, spacious and well equipped with gadgets and comfort features. With no option for 7 seats, this electric car has a large boot with plenty of space (605 litres to be exact).

Audi have made a commitment to be completely carbon neutral by 2050, their e-Tron models are built in the world’s first CO₂ neutral factory in Brussels. This manufacturer has plans to launch 12 electrified vehicles by the end of 2020, with 40% of all new Audi vehicles to be electrified by 2025.
The E-Tron 95kWh battery will allow this electric car to achieve a range of 259 miles (WLTP). Although, more accurate real-world range figures are 225 miles to a charge. Powered by 2 electric motors, this all-wheel drive vehicle will produce 402 bhp, getting it to 0 – 62mph in under 6 seconds.
When you’re on the move, the E-Tron can be recharged up to 80% battery in around 1 hour 50 minutes using a typical 50kWh rapid charger. In contrast, when using a 7kWh home charger, it would take up to 13 hours to gain complete charge. The charge port is located at the front of the vehicle and uses a type two/ CCS . It also has fast charging capabilities of up to 150kW DC, enabling the electric car to gain around 80% charge in just 30 minutes.
Some of the in-house technology include the Virtual cockpit, Audi MMI® touch response system (which controls all your interior functions), as well as smartphone integration. It’s also the first Audi vehicle to incorporate Amazon Alexa compatibility allowing you to request music playback, shop and get assistance with other tasks/ home devices from the comfort of your car. Audi’s driving safety technology in the car includes Traffic assist, Parking system plus with 360* display and Audi Pre-sense which detects when an emergency manoeuvre is being made and prepares the vehicle in advance.
