2. Remove the negative terminal: Once the negative terminal is loose, lift the terminal and disconnect it from the battery post. Make sure to pull it straight up to avoid damaging the terminal or the battery.
3. Disconnect the positive terminal: Repeat the above steps for the positive (red) terminal. Loosen the terminal, being careful not to touch the negative terminal with the wrench.
4. Remove the battery: After disconnecting both the negative and positive terminals, you can remove the battery. Grasp the battery securely with both hands and gently lift it out of the motorcycle.
5. Reinstallation: If you're replacing the battery, follow the above steps in reverse order to install the new battery. Make sure to reconnect the terminals in the correct order: positive (red) first, followed by negative (black).
