- Phillips head screwdriver
- Flathead screwdriver
- Socket wrench with 10mm socket
1. Park your ATV on level ground and turn off the engine.
2. Locate the two Phillips head screws on the rear of the seat.
3. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screws.
4. Lift the rear of the seat up and off of the ATV.
5. Locate the two 10mm bolts on the front of the seat.
6. Use the socket wrench and 10mm socket to remove the bolts.
7. Lift the front of the seat up and off of the ATV.
8. To change the battery, locate the battery under the seat.
9. Use the flathead screwdriver to remove the negative terminal cable from the battery.
10. Use the flathead screwdriver to remove the positive terminal cable from the battery.
11. Lift the battery out of the ATV.
12. Insert the new battery into the ATV.
13. Replace the positive terminal cable and tighten it with the flathead screwdriver.
14. Replace the negative terminal cable and tighten it with the flathead screwdriver.
15. Replace the seat on the ATV.
16. Insert the two 10mm bolts into the front of the seat and tighten them with the socket wrench and 10mm socket.
17. Lower the rear of the seat onto the ATV and insert the two Phillips head screws.
18. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to tighten the screws.
