1. Locate the two bolts holding the rear fender to the frame on both sides of the motorcycle.
2. Remove the two bolts on both sides using a wrench or a socket wrench.
3. Remove the two nuts holding the rear fender to the motorcycle's swingarm.
4. Lift the fender up and off the motorcycle.
5. Disconnect any wiring or hoses that may be attached to the fender.
6. Remove any remaining bolts, brackets or fasteners that may still be holding the fender to the motorcycle.
