Vw bus all lights work except the headlights?

Here are a few possible reasons why your VW Bus headlights are not working while all other lights are functional:

1. Faulty Headlight Switch: The headlight switch could be defective or have loose connections, preventing it from supplying power to the headlights. Check the switch and ensure it's properly engaging when you turn on the headlights.

2. Blown Headlight Fuses: Check the fuse box for any blown fuses related to the headlights. If a fuse has blown, replace it with a new fuse of the same amperage.

3. Headlight Relay: The headlight relay is responsible for switching on/off the headlights. Check the headlight relay and ensure it's functioning correctly. If the relay is faulty, replace it.

4. Wiring Issues: There may be a loose or damaged wire in the headlight circuit. Inspect the wiring for any visible damage or disconnections. If you find any issues, repair or replace the damaged wires.

5. Faulty Headlight Socket or Bulbs: Remove the headlight bulbs and check the sockets for any damage or corrosion. Ensure that the bulbs are properly seated and making contact with the terminals. Replace the bulbs if necessary.

6. Faulty Headlight Switch: If the switch itself is faulty, you may need to replace the switch assembly.

If you've checked all of the above and the headlights still don't work, it's recommended to take your VW Bus to a qualified mechanic for further diagnosis and repair.
