Disconnect battery. Before starting any work, disconnect the battery to prevent electrical shock and damage to your car's electrical system.
Remove centre console. Start by removing the center console trim. This can be done by gently prying it up with a plastic tool or a flat-head screwdriver. Be careful not to damage any of the plastic clips that hold the trim in place.
Undo mount and remove the radio from the dash. To remove the radio from the dash, you will remove four bolts securing it to the dash. Once the bolts, you can pull the radio out of the dash. Disconnect all the wiring attached to the radio.
Mount CD changer. Mount the CD changer in the trunk of your car. Find a suitable location for the CD changer and secure it using the mounting screws provided. Connect the wiring harness from the CD changer to the wiring harness in the trunk.
Reinstall radio and reconnect the battery. Reinstall the radio in the dash and reconnect all the wiring. Reconnect the battery.
Test the CD changer. Turn on the radio and test the CD changer to make sure it's working properly.
Install centre console trim. Once you've tested the CD changer and ensured that it is working properly, you can reinstall the centre console trim.
Your CD changer is now installed and ready to use.
