#### Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Park your vehicle in a safe location and turn off the engine. Allow it to cool down completely.
2. Open the hood of your van.
3. Locate the glow plugs. They are usually located in the cylinder head, near the fuel injectors.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from each glow plug.
5. Use a ratchet with a long extension and the appropriate socket to loosen and remove the old glow plugs.
6. Apply a small amount of anti-seize compound to the threads of the new glow plugs.
7. Install the new glow plugs and tighten them until they are snug.
8. Reconnect the electrical connectors to the glow plugs.
9. Close the hood of your van and start the engine.
