How do you change and install an alternator for 2002 Chevy Camaro z28?

Step 1: Safety Precautions

Before starting any work, ensure you have the right safety gear, including safety glasses and gloves. Disconnect the battery to prevent electrical shock.

Step 2: Remove the Serpentine Belt

- Loosen the tensioner pulley bolt and use a long wrench to release the tension on the serpentine belt.

- Remove the belt by pulling it off all the pulleys.

Step 3: Disconnect the Alternator

- Disconnect the electrical connections from the alternator.

- Remove the positive (+) terminal nut and the negative (-) terminal nut.

Step 4: Remove the Alternator Bolts
