There isn't a typical OBD I port that you would plug a scanner into. With OBD I vehicles your scanner or computer program will need to come with the proper cable and software to establish a data connection through a special connector that can vary from vehicle to vehicle (for your Dodge van the connector on it's wiring is blue). Sometimes the connection is near or under the dash and there may be a cap or cover hiding the connector.
