Instructions:
1. Park the car on level ground and turn off the engine.
2. Raise the front of the car with a jack and support it with jack stands.
3. Remove the front wheels.
4. Remove the skid plate under the engine (if equipped).
5. Disconnect the tie rod ends from the steering rack.
6. Disconnect the power steering pressure and return hoses from the steering rack.
7. Remove the bolts that secure the steering rack to the subframe.
8. Lower the steering rack from the car.
To reinstall the steering rack, reverse the removal procedure.

- Make sure that you have the right tools for the job. This will make the process much easier and safer.
