Where is the obd connector on a Honda hrv 1999?

There is no OBD connector on a 1999 Honda HR-V. The OBD-II connector was mandated in the US for all vehicles starting with the 1996 model year. The Honda HR-V was introduced in the US for the 2016 model year, and therefore has an OBD-II connector.
