The torque sequence for Edelbrock Performer aluminum heads on a small block Chevy is as follows:

1. Tighten the center bolts to 22 ft-lb.

2. Tighten the front bolts to 22 ft-lb.

3. Tighten the rear bolts to 22 ft-lb.

4. Tighten the front and rear bolts to 30 ft-lb.

5. Tighten the intake manifold bolts to 25 ft-lb.

Note: Be sure to use a thread sealant with bolts.
