The cooling fan relay in a 2006 Dodge Charger is located in the Integrated Power Module (IPM), which is under the hood on the passenger side of the engine compartment. The IPM is a black plastic box with multiple electrical connectors and relays inside. To access the cooling fan relay, you will need to remove the cover of the IPM. Once the cover is removed, the cooling fan relay can be found in the upper right corner of the IPM. It is a small black relay with the part number "05138181AA" printed on it.
