There are two fuse boxes in a 1998 Safari van. The main one is located on the passenger side of the dash, below and to the left of the glove box. To access it, you will need to remove the lower dash panel. The cover has two tabs that need to be pressed to disengage it.
The second fuse box is located in the engine compartment, on the passenger side. To access this fuse box, you will need to remove the black cover. The cover has two latches securing it to the base.
