How do you change spark plugs on a 07 Chevy Colorado?

Tools and materials needed:

- Spark plug socket (5/8-inch)

- Spark plug wrench

- Ratchet

- Extension

- New spark plugs (4)

- Dielectric grease

Instructions:

1. Open the hood of your Colorado and locate the spark plugs. They are located on the top of the engine, near the front.

2. Remove the plastic cover that covers the spark plugs.

3. Use the spark plug socket and ratchet to loosen the old spark plugs. NOTE: Do not completely remove the spark plugs yet.

4. Apply a small amount of dielectric grease to the threads of the new spark plugs.

5. Screw the new spark plugs into place by hand.

6. Use the spark plug wrench to tighten the spark plugs. Tighten until the spark plugs are snug. Do not overtighten.

7. Replace the plastic cover.

8. Close the hood of your Colorado.

That's it! You have now successfully changed the spark plugs on your 07 Chevy Colorado.
